You can see that you have 30 Resources, which you use to purchase buildings and scout foreign territories. You can earn more RP by completing quests.
★Your goal is to build up your kingdom's Aspects. The hollow icons to the left represent the unfilled capacity for each Aspect. By purchasing buildings, you unlock more unfilled capacity, which you will see extend towards the right where the lock icons are. Then, the task is to fill in the capacity, which you can do by completing quests. As you fill in the capacity, you will see the hollow icons turn solid, and your kingdom will begin to enjoy the benefits of the improved Aspect. You can hover the cursor over each Aspect to learn more.
★The Furnish Mode toolbox offers a number of tools that you can use to decorate locations:" The Hand Tool allows you to pick up furniture and objects to reposition or sell back for Simoles. " The Create A Style tool allows you to bring objects into Create A Style. See the Create A Style lesson for more details. " The Stamp Tool lets you purchase a copy of an item that has already been placed. " You can use the Sledgehammer Tool to delete and sell items that have been placed." The Day/Night Toggle lets you see what the location would look like in day or night lighting conditions. " Indoor Placement Grid On/Off shows or hides the grid lines on the floor." Use Undo and Redo to change actions that you've made in Furnish Mode.
★These buttons control the camera. In Kingdom Mode, you are viewing your kingdom from the Eye of the Watcher, which is the perspective of the statue built in your honor at the center of the kingdom. You can spin, pitch, and zoom the view.There are keyboard shortcuts for these actions, and you can also right-click or middle-click and drag the cursor to control the camera.
★In Live Mode, the camera isn't fixed in one place like Eye of the Watcher. You can freely pan, tilt, and zoom the camera. You can rotate the view within confines. Make sure you rotate the camera to see all the locations for the other nine types of Hero Sims.When you're done placing a building and choosing a Hero, select another quest from the Quest Book to continue playing.

★Use the round, yellow location marker to find the forest. Right-clicking on the location marker will center the camera on the forest.You can click on the ground in the forest and select "Go Here" to start walking there. Alternately, you can click on the location marker and choose "Go to Location".This message will remain on screen for a while as a reminder.
★The Judgement Zone is very close. Zoom out to the Eye of The Watcher to see it nearby.
★The Town Square is nearby. You can right-click the location marker to quickly view the location.
